Social Media and Members Committee:

Duties

• Uphold the value of IEEE, MTT-S TAMU and Texas A&M
• Manage MTT-S TAMU’s website and social media pages (instagram, facebook, .ect)
• Disseminate MTT-S TAMU information/votes/changes through proper channels
• Moderate group chats
• Planning recruiting events
• Document and monitor member’s IEEE and MTT-S membership status

Committee Chain of Command 

• Social Media and Recruiting Co-Chair
• Website Master
• 1-3 committee members

Finance and Equipment Management Committee:

Duties

• Upholds the value of IEEE, MTT-S TAMU and Texas A&M
• Manage MTT-S TAMU’s SOFC account
• Document and manage rental equipment
• Perform monthly inventory management of MTT-S TAMU permanent equipment 
• Inventory count all equipment used in events

• 2-4 committee members

Event Coordination and Technical Education Committee:

Duties

• Upholds the value of IEEE,  MTT-S TAMU and Texas A&M
• Plans and executes technical workshops, 
• Documents and post all workshop events
• Plans, executes and documents social events and meetings
• Collects and stores member feedback

Interorganizational Coordination Committee:

Duties

• Upholds the value of IEEE, MTT-S TAMU and Texas A&M
• Establishes and maintains relationships with IEEE, MTT-S, A&M professors, non-A&M professors, company sponsors, and fellow student organizations collaborating with MTT-S TAMU. 
• Ensures MTT-S TAMU is in good standing with IEEE, MTT-S, and Texas A&M University.
