Description

The Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education (SAAHE) Hooding Ceremony is a formal and intimate gathering for the graduating Master's students in the SAAHE program. In comparison to our Commencement Ceremony with the College of Education and Human Development, this ceremony is specifically for students and close affiliates of the SAAHE program. During the ceremony, each student will be individually recognized and a faculty mentor will place a ceremonial hood over their shoulders. This serves as a representation of our transition from students to scholar practitioners in the field of higher education.

Association of Future Student Affairs Professionals

The organization is affiliated with the Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education (SAAHE) academic program and serves as a resource for faculty, staff and students involved in the program. In addition, we strive to create professional and social development opportunities for our current members and aid in the recruitment of potential SAAHE students.
