
Chair of the Records
The Chair of the Records is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized documentation of the Community Council’s operations. This includes recording meeting minutes, tracking attendance, and managing important organizational records to ensure transparency, continuity, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and maintain detailed and accurate minutes at all meetings.
- Record and monitor attendance at meetings and events.
- Maintain and update organizational documents, including agendas, bylaws, and reports.
- Organize and securely archive all records for easy access and future reference.
- Ensure records are properly transitioned to future council members.
