Howdy!

Aggie Transition Camps is looking to fill three (3) vacant Assistant Director positions for the 2026 Aggie Transition Camps program cycle. ATC Assistant Directors serve as the executive leadership for the organization and are the primary coordinators of our Extended Orientation program for incoming transfer students, Howdy Camp that occurs every January and T-Camp that occurs every August. Assistant Directors will work together to oversee all organization functions, and coordinate programmatic logistics for the year. They will be responsible for recruitment, selection, and training of All-Camp Staff including Co-Chairs, Counselors, Teamers, Campfire Speakers, and Namesakes. Additionally, they will perform specific tasks outlined in the position that they are selected for. Learn more about each Assistant Director role in the Application Question section. Spring 2026 Student Leader Caucuses (all hosted from 2:30-4:00pm, Koldus 144) - There will be a Director chosen by the Executive Director to be the designated back-up representative for ATC at these events. Please keep the following dates/times in mind:
