This event is your introduction to one of Aggieland’s most driven and supportive lifting communities. Whether you’re aiming to compete, want to learn about serious training, or simply want to get involved and meet like-minded individuals, this social is for you.

What the Club Is About

The Texas A&M Bodybuilding Club brings together students passionate about bodybuilding and personal excellence—no matter your experience level.

While many members pursue competition, everyone interested in self-improvement, fitness, and strength is warmly welcomed.

We foster an atmosphere that’s both competitive and inclusive, supporting each member’s unique journey in the sport.

Club Schedule

Weekly Meetings: Focused on training strategies, nutrition, supplementation, and all aspects of bodybuilding. These sessions are short and informative.

Weekend Events: Regular team workouts, posing clinics, and social gatherings to encourage camaraderie and help everyone grow as athletes.

Texas A&M BodyBuilding

The Texas A&M Bodybuilding Team unites a community of driven individuals who share a passion for the sport of bodybuilding and the pursuit of personal excellence. Like other competitive teams on campus, our organization is dedicated to helping members grow as athletes within their respective divisions. While many of our members aim to compete, we also welcome those who are passionate about bodybuilding but don’t plan to step on stage. We host short weekly meetings bodybuilding training, nutrition, and all other aspects of the sport. Additionally, we hold weekend events like team workouts, social gatherings, and posing clinics to foster camaraderie and support. Through consistent training, collaboration, and engaging opportunities, we strive to cultivate a competitive yet inclusive environment that empowers each member to achieve their goals in bodybuilding.
