“Leading with Integrity: Values in Action"

In today’s dynamic world, effective leadership requires a blend of essential qualities. In this workshop, we will focus on one foundational component: integrity. As students navigate a wide range of personal and academic challenges throughout the year, making values-based decisions becomes increasingly important. This session is designed to help you explore your personal values, develop a deeper understanding of others’ perspectives, and apply these insights to your experiences at Texas A&M University. By strengthening your integrity, you’ll be better equipped to lead with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.

This is a professional development opportunity that you don't want to miss. See you there!

Student organizations and campus units can also REQUEST A L2L WORKSHOP at any time and staff will work to accommodate the request.

L2L Workshops – Year-Round Opportunities for Growth

L2L Workshops are offered across four levels of learning and development, with current offerings outlined below.  Workshops are available throughout the fall (Levels 1 & 2) and spring (Levels 3 & 4) and all levels are highlighted during our signature fall and spring L2L Summits

Department of Multicultural Services

The Department of Multicultural Services (DMS) is located in the Memorial Student Center (MSC).  The department provides students with social integration opportunities through holistic engagement and development. Every student brings their own experiences and goals that guide their behavior, values that orient and drive their commitments, and ways their experiences, norms, and values are communicated.  The department’s transition, persistence, and skill development opportunities engage and support students in becoming and remaining incorporated in the intellectual and social life of the university which results in their academic and personal success on campus and beyond.  Whether just getting started, looking to stay on track, or wanting to grow skills, we offer programs to help students adjust, connect, and reach their goals. From transition support to workshops and hands-on learning, we’re focused on helping students foster authentic and meaningful connections, build confidence, stay motivated, and thrive as members of the Aggie family.
