Dr. Michael Preston, Associate Vice President for Student Success at Texas State University, will share insights and practical tools for enhancing learning in student employment and leadership spaces. How do we prepare students to utilize their co-curricular experiences to develop career competencies? How do we help students communicate those skills to potential employers? Come learn how we can weave learning and development into what we already do with students, rather than adding additional tasks.

The Division of Student Affairs (DSA) Committee on Student Learning in the Co-Curricular (CSL) promotes the understanding, implementation, assessment, and improvement of transformative learning experiences to prepare students to become integrative and lifelong learners. In support of the DSA strategic plan and other Texas A&M priorities, CSL provides resources for staff who facilitate co-curricular learning experiences for students.
