Vice President of Finance
The Vice President of Finance plays a vital leadership role within the organization, supporting the President and overseeing all financial operations. This position ensures the responsible management of funds, transparency of financial records, and active participation in organizational governance and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend all meetings and events organized by the Community Council and the organization whenever possible.
- Assist the President and fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the President.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the annual budget and financial ledger.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the Student Organization Finance Center (SOFC) account.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Community Councils and Advisor(s).
- Attend all Community Council meetings and events.
- Participate in all General Assembly meetings
