Aggie Eco-Representative
The Eco-Representative (Eco-Rep) serves as a sustainability advocate within their assigned residence hall or apartment community. Eco-Reps work to promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability, engage residents in sustainable practices, and contribute to campus-wide sustainability initiatives through the Aggie Eco-Representatives program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold the principles of social, economic, and environmental sustainability within your residential community.
- Act as a liaison between the residence hall/apartment community and the Aggie Eco-Representatives program.
- Fulfill the active member requirements as outlined in the Aggie Eco-Representatives (AER) Constitution.
- Participate in sustainability-focused service activities and events hosted by the Aggie Eco-Representatives.
- Attend all Community Council meetings and events.
- Maintain regular communication with the Vice President of Sustainability to document and report on Eco-Rep projects and initiatives within the assigned residence hall or community.
