Chair of Programming
The Chair of Programming is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and initiatives that build community and enhance resident engagement. This role involves collaboration with other residence halls or apartments and plays a key part in creating meaningful programming for the Community Council (C.C.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events, activities, and initiatives for the Community Council.
- Ensure events are community-oriented, engaging, and aligned with the mission of the Community Council.
- Work closely with fellow council members and collaborate with other residence halls or apartment communities to co-host or support joint programs.
- Assess the success of each program by collecting participant feedback and analyzing outcomes.
- Use feedback and insights to inform and improve future programming efforts.
