Chair of Service and Recognition
The Chair of Service and Recognition is responsible for recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions of members and community partners. This role works closely with the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) to honor individuals and groups who make a positive impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nominate and recognize individuals and groups who demonstrate exceptional service or contributions to the community.
- Collaborate with NRHH to organize recognition events, awards ceremonies, and other celebratory initiatives.
- Promote a culture of service and appreciation within the community by encouraging members to recognize each other’s efforts.
- Coordinate with other council members to identify individuals or organizations worthy of recognition.
- Plan and execute recognition events or ceremonies to honor outstanding contributions
- Work with the NRHH to align recognition efforts with the broader goals and values of the honorary.
