Floor Representative / Building Representative
The Floor Representative / Building Representative serves as the primary communication link between residents and the Community Council. This role advocates for the needs and concerns of residents, ensures their voices are heard during decision-making processes, and encourages active participation in community-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between residents on the assigned floor or building and the Community Council.
- Regularly communicate updates, announcements, and events from the Community Council to residents.
- Advocate for the needs, concerns, and suggestions of residents during Community Council meetings and decision-making processes.
- Ensure that residents’ voices are effectively represented in council discussions and initiatives.
- Encourage residents to actively participate in programs, events, and initiatives that promote community development, inclusivity, and engagement.
- Foster a sense of community within the assigned floor or building by promoting events and creating an inviting environment.
- Regularly collect feedback, suggestions, and concerns from residents.
- Report community challenges, hall improvement ideas, and resident concerns to the Community Council to ensure timely resolution.
