FALL is a half social, half service freshman leadership organization that strives to prepare women for the rest of college and the world beyond through empowerment, service, leadership, and community. FALL Consists of 60 freshmen, 14 executives, and 3 directors. Our dues are a one time payment of $250 in the fall semester, and of course we offer flexible payment plans for those that need them. Each freshman will be a part of a matriarchy and a committee. Matriarchies are like your family of besties. You’ll hang out with them a lot, with weekly hangouts, matriarchy competitions, and anything else you want to do with them. In addition you’ll have a committee, which you will pick based off whatever aspect of running a FLO that you find most interesting! With your committee you will get hands-on experience with things like giving presentations, communicating with other organizations, reaching out to venues, and so much more!!

Some other things you can look forward to in FALL are:

• Co-flo events like flobowl and flo’s got talent
• Professional workshops including practice interviews, leadership seminars and outside speakers
• Retreats each semester - LOTS OF FUN!!!
• We’ve also got weekly social events, with enough to accommodate for everyone’s schedule so you never have to worry about missing out - PUT SCHOOL FIRST!!!
• Weekly general committee meetings, aka GCMs, where all 78 of us meet and do workshops and other fun things!
• Service events
• We go to all the Aggie traditions!
• Galantine's day, Friendsgiving, secret Santa, and movie nights
• Fall semester semi-formal!
• Spring semester banquet :)

But most importantly, you will be surrounded by a community of amazing, uplifting, empowering friends. This is an organization where you will be pushed to grow in your leadership skills, and to grow as your own, authentic person.
