Being an active, committed member of the subcommittee to which you are assigned by attending meetings and executing responsibilities with excellence.

Attending meetings every Monday night to learn about different facets of leadership, listen to well-respected speakers, and partake in activities to practically build upon leadership skills.  These are extremely fun and one of the best events of the week!

Paying annual dues of ​$250 which are used for a T-shirt, Fall and Spring Retreat, seasonal social gatherings, and other programs and events. (Note: other apparel and the cost of the winter service trip are not included in member dues but are optional for each member).

Participating in social events with other FLiP members and members of other FLOs to create friendships and strengthen your Aggie Network. 

Participating in community service opportunities with the organization including, but not limited to Neal Elementary, the Big Event, and a service retreat.

Attendance is not mandatory for any event but is encouraged.
