Freshmen Organized in Unity and Respect
FOUR Freshman Member
Freshmen Organized in Unity and Respect (FOUR) is one of the many incredible Freshman Leadership Organizations on Texas A&M’s campus. We were founded in 2023, so we are still relatively new, but that makes us all the more excited to continue creating even more traditions and memories for the prospective freshmen. We are a 50% service and 50% social organization. Our service opportunities include our philanthropy, The Village Program, The Big Event, and an all FOUR service event each semester. The Village Program is an organization that we partner with that involves us volunteering on Tuesdays and Thursdays at a local elementary school to assist with their after-school activities. This could include homework help, mentorship, and fun games like kickball or dodgeball. Our social events include attending football games together, semi-formal & formal, retreats, intramurals, co-FLOs, and many other activities. We have 6 different committees: Public Relations, Social, Fundraising, Leadership, Service, and Outreach. Each of these committees play a huge role in keeping our organization running smoothly while also providing close community among a freshman’s peers in the FLO. Another opportunity to find closer community is our Big Families. Our Big Families are made up of former members of FOUR who had the desire to mentor and lead our freshmen as they acclimate to their new college experience. We have 4 directors, 18 staff members, and are taking 72 freshmen (36 girls, 36 guys). To learn more about FOUR, please attend one or both of our informationals on 9/8 and 9/11. Our Instagram is @TAMUFOUR for any further updates. We are so excited to meet the class of 2029!
