MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference Delegate
Thank you for your interest in applying to become an MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference Delegate! We are excited to begin this process and hope that it challenges you to reflect on your life experiences, how they have shaped you, and how you would like to live the rest of your life.
Frank and Joanie Abbott established the MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference, which is celebrating its 30th year since its establishment. Created to challenge students to identify and solidify their core values and apply them to their respective lives, the MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference is open to students of all backgrounds and belief systems. Its mission is to encourage and develop sophomore and junior student leaders in ethics, values, service, and an understanding of the importance of family. Delegates will interact with leaders in various industries, former students, and Aggie parents who will challenge them to define and abide by their values, prioritize service to others, and keep family at the heart of a balanced life.
This year, our conference is set for January 29 to February 1, 2025, in College Station, Texas.
The conference will cost $150. This fee covers meals, a conference t-shirt, and annual event costs. Payment plans are available upon request. Membership dues may be waived on a case-by-case basis, determined by the Chair and Advisor. If you have any questions or concerns about conference dues, please contact Madyn Brown at abbottchair@gmail.com.
The application deadline is Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions, please email our Directors of Delegates at aflcdelegates@gmail.com or abbottchair@gmail.com with any additional questions.
Warm Regards,
2024-2025 MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference Staff
