General Job Duties/Requirements:
- Attend all necessary meetings.
- Uphold and enforce all policies of MSC ALOT placed on Programming Staff, Big Staff, and freshmen.
- Keep staff accountable for upholding the mission of MSC ALOT and the excellence of the MSC.
- Be actively involved and invested with the freshmen and committee.
- Meet with the outgoing Executive for the passback run-through.
- Other assigned duties.
Programming Executive Job Duties/Requirements:
- Plan and facilitate weekly subcommittee and staff meetings.
- Maintain the subcommittee’s budget.
- Work with the development team for any fundraising efforts, grant applications, and social media efforts.
- Work with the chairship and advisor to solidify the subcommittee’s programming goals for the year.
- Oversee planning, creation, proposals, and execution of MSC ALOT’s signature programs.
Development Executive Job Duties/Requirements:
- Plan and facilitate weekly subcommittee and staff meetings.
- Report to the Chairship and collaborate with the MSC Development Team.
- Manage a team overseeing MSC ALOT’s fundraising efforts, grant applications, social media, website, newsletter, sponsorships, and donor relations.
- Oversee MSC ALOT’s Big Programming Staff advancements with Development GL(s).
- Create, enhance, and maintain relationships with former ALOT members and donors, including attending and participating in development events organized by the MSC.
- Any other assigned development duties.
Meeting Requirements (Tentative):

Executive Team | Coordinate efforts of each sub-committee and address any developing situations, questions, or concerns. Team building and leadership development activities. Executives will have to commit to making a shared time work for the team. | Weekly |
Staff | Synchronize members of staff, actively problem solve, and developmental workshops for staff members. | Weekly |
General Committee | Facilitate leadership development amongst freshmen and provide updates to the entire committee. | Weekly |
Subcommittee | Executives will be responsible for planning and facilitating these meetings. They should be a variation of leadership, programming/professionalism, and social development activities appropriately planned. | Weekly |
Subcommittee Staff | You and your team will use this time to discuss timelines, tasks delegation, and any behind-the-scenes matters to prepare for your upcoming subcommittee meeting. | Weekly |
