MSC ALOT Big

Thank you for your interest in applying to become an MSC Aggie Leaders of Tomorrow (ALOT) Big for 2025-2026.

In addition to being assigned a family of 7-9 freshmen, Bigs will also be expected to attend biweekly meetings in which they will plan biweekly FLO-wide hangouts. These meetings will be led by the organization's Vice Chair and will be mandatory. Throughout the year, you will be expected to help plan and attend family hangouts and develop a relationship with your freshmen. You are also encouraged to spend time with the freshmen outside of these hangouts. You will also, ideally, serve as a mentor to help guide the freshmen through their first year with a different perspective than the typical MSC ALOT staff member.

General Job Duties/Requirements:

• Serve as a mentor to help guide the freshmen.
• Attend biweekly Big meetings with Vice Chair
• Plan biweekly FLO-wide hangouts
• Attend family hangouts with the assigned family.
• Be actively involved and invested with the freshmen and committee.
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or better throughout the school year.
• Other assigned duties.

Big dues this year will be $35.
