Description

"Página a Página" is an educational event that fosters cultural awareness and appreciation through literature. Held twice a month on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the MSC Student Programs Office - Gonzales RM 2248, we’ll provide and discuss books selected by our committee from Hispanic/Latinx authors. This event aims to offer a glimpse into Latinx cultures and experiences and broaden participant understanding and appreciation of issues, art, and history involving Hispanic and Latinx communities.


Book Club meeting. Discussions of the book, it's context, and the readers thoughts will be had here while snacks are served.

MSC Committee for the Awareness of Mexican-American Culture

Founded in 1974, MSC Committee for the Awareness of Mexican-American Culture (MSC CAMAC) is a student organization that focuses on uniting students from diverse backgrounds to establish an appreciation for various Hispanic and Latinx cultures on the Texas A&M campus and in the Bryan/College Station community. In addition, MSC CAMAC provides a forum where members can educate themselves and others about current issues affecting Latinx cultures and communities. We also offer opportunities for superior leadership growth and development within the organization and the Memorial Student Center.
