As a director on this year’s MSC FLC team, you are expected to accomplish the goals associated with your specific position, as well as collaborate with the rest of the director team to complete the projects created by this committee. All directors on the team and whatever ideas they bring to the table will be treated with respect. You are a representative of FLC, the MSC, and Texas A&M as a whole, and are expected to act as so. The FLC Staff Policy is as follows:
- Meet weekly in the MSC Student Programs Office (MSC 2240).
- Maintain a 2.0 GPR each semester on staff and a cumulative 2.0 GPR at Texas A&M.
- Uphold and abide by all TAMU rules and regulations, including the Aggie Code of Honor.
- Preserve staff confidentiality in all matters.
- Do not wear MSC FLC paraphernalia in all areas that do not support the purpose of MSC FLC.
- Support and uphold the mission and goals of MSC FLC and the MSC.
- Work together to form a vision and goals for the conference and execute them.
