MSC Spencer Leadership Conference (SLC) seeks to further the tradition of leadership at Texas A&M University by providing unique opportunities for sophomores to interact with individuals in diverse environments who understand and exemplify the interaction between personal moral and ethical development and group and organizational leadership.

We do this through a focus on leadership development from three specific perspectives: Selfless Service, Innovative Leadership, and Self Authorship. By exposing students to these perspectives of leadership, we hope to influence the creation of well-rounded, passionate leaders on campus that are prepared to engage as leaders in a global society.

• Maintain a 2.25 GPA or better throughout the school year. (Advisor will review grades)
• Membership Dues 
• Attend weekly Director Staff meetings
• Attend all SLC Programs and the entirety of the Conference
