Where
Memorial Student Center MSC 2401
Description
A panel of speakers will discuss the First Amendment with regards to the American election process; specifically, speakers will discuss campaign laws, public discourse surrounding candidates, and the fundamental principles of the First Amendment. In celebration of Constitution Day, we hope to further educate students on the right to speak and express oneself freely as well as the processes that facilitate elections. The second half of the event will incorporate a moderated Q&A session, during which audience members may submit questions that panelists will answer.
