[OLD] MSC Finance Resource Director
General Position Summary
As director your duties are two-fold. Firstly, your main priority is to facilitate the annual budgeting process. This is done by working with the EVP of Business and your advisor to plan and organize a timeframe, communicate said timeframe to committees and resource teams, as well as guide/help them along the way. The second duty you have is to manage the finance resource team. Here your biggest responsibilities include recruiting new members, training/refreshing team members, and delegating the work done on the budgets themselves. Your team does most of the work on the budgets, so this second point is key.
