
[OLD] MSC Assessments Resource Director

General Position Summary
The Assessments Director leads the Assessments Resource Team, which is responsible for collecting metrics from committee programs and reporting to MSC student leaders. The executive will work closely with the MSC Programs Team when necessary to evaluate program success and areas for growth. Applicants should be familiar with the MSC program process.
Minimum Requirement
- One year of MSC Leadership experience or equivalent.

Meet in a collaborative room or by Zoom | During the meetings, typically we would work on grading evaluations, tabulating metrics, inputting data into Excel, and putting together a final report. Meeting weekly is helpful because evaluations come in throughout the semester, so it is good to be on top of those, so they do not pile up at the end of the semester. | weekly |

Complete the full Academic Year: MSC Officer positions are meant to be performed for the full academic year from Fall to Spring. | |
Attend Leadership Launch: Every spring, the MSC hosts Leadership Launch in order to assist with the transition of new leaders. | |
Attend Unity Event: Unity Event is a way to bring all outgoing and incoming officers to gain an understanding and awareness of diversity in leadership. | |
Understand the Student-Staff Partnership: The MSC Student Programs Office operates under a unique 1:1 relationship between student and advisor |
