Description
The Muster ceremony is a time for remembrance and gathering to honor those from the Aggie Family we have lost. It is a more somber time. The Camaraderie Barbeque is the opportunity for all who travel back to College Station to gather and share times from their years at Texas A&M. The word camaraderie means a gathering and having fellowship. In the spirit of Muster and Aggies gathering we invite the members of the Class of 1975 as well as all Current students. The Barbeque takes place the day of Muster from 11-1. This is an opportunity for all Aggies to share stories of past and present, before the somber ceremony that evening.
Aggie Muster Committee
Muster is one of the oldest traditions at A&M, serving to honor members of the Aggie Family that have passed in the previous year. Muster is celebrated on April 21st in more than two hundred places world-wide, with the largest ceremony on the Texas A&M campus in College Station. The Muster Committee is responsible for organizing and planning every aspect of the tradition, from speaker to barbecue, awareness to the roll call, this committee continues the livelihood of this great tradition year after year.
