Recognition Director

The Recognition Director is dedicated to fostering a culture of recognition within NRHH by overseeing the organization’s recognition programs and events. This role includes leading OTM (Of the Month) workshops to educate members on the importance of recognition and how to submit impactful nominations. The director also manages the OTM committee, supervises the Recognition Coordinator, and ensures that all recognition activities run smoothly. Responsibilities further extend to proposing and implementing new initiatives to honor outstanding members and forwarding approved OTM submissions to regional bodies for broader acknowledgment. Through these efforts, the Recognition Director plays a vital role in celebrating member achievements and contributions.
