Description
Start your day with a moment of calm during midterms week at a dance class, hosted as part of RHA’s March Into Midterms wellness series. In partnership with Texas A&M Rec Sports, this guided yoga session will help students stretch, breathe, and reset before a busy day of classes and studying.
