Responsibilities:
- Develop surveys and other tools to gather feedback from conference attendees.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the conference’s impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on attendee satisfaction and feedback trends.
- Work closely with the Vice Chair of Marketing and Assessment to align assessment efforts with conference goals.
- Ensure all assessment processes comply with ethical standards and university policies.
Requirements:
- Must have lived on campus for at least one semester.
- Must be in good standing with the university academically and behaviorally.
- Must attend work group and advisor meetings regularly.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Must collaborate with others and contribute to the success of the conference.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support conference success.
