The NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls) Annual Conference is the largest student-run conference in the world, drawing thousands of student leaders, advisors, and professionals from across North America to celebrate leadership, collaboration, and the advancement of the residential experience.

Position: Vice Chair of Marketing & Assessment
The Vice Chair of Marketing and Assessment leads the strategic promotion and continuous improvement of the NACURH 2026 Conference. This position provides oversight to both the Marketing and Assessment Chairs, ensuring that the conference is effectively publicized and evaluated.
This chair must possess strong communication and data interpretation skills, balancing creativity with an evidence-based mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Chair.
- Supervise the creation of branding assets, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
- Ensure cohesive visual identity and messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate timelines for advertising, registration campaigns, and information releases.
- Oversee assessment operations by supporting survey development, data collection, and report generation.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on feedback and evaluation data.
- Collaborate with the Vice Conference Chair to integrate assessment results into conference planning.
- Track engagement analytics and adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
- Maintain documentation and continuity materials for future conference hosts.
