General committee members are required to work all performances and are permitted 3 excused performance absences per semester. Members are also welcome to engage in a variety of sub-committees that support the overall mission of the committee. These opportunities include backstage support, volunteer logistical planning, fundraising, marketing, retreat planning, and much much more!
