Data Analyst
The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and impact of the White Creek Apartments community. This position is responsible for the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to student engagement, program success, and resident satisfaction. The data analyst empowers Community Council and Residence Life staff to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of their efforts in fostering vibrant and supportive residential communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management: Design and implement surveys, feedback forms, and other data collection instruments for Community Council programs, events, and initiatives. Maintain organized databases of program attendance, participant demographics, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to resident engagement, program effectiveness, and community needs. Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings for Community Council leaders, Residence Life staff, and other stakeholders.
- Program Evaluation & Improvement: Work collaboratively with Community Council members to develop measurable objectives for programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving program design, delivery, and outreach efforts based on assessment findings.
- Benchmarking & Research: Research best practices in student engagement, residential life programming, and assessment at other institutions to inform local efforts.
