The purpose is to 1) create a more efficient relationship among Air Force officer candidates, in particular within the AFROTC; 2) aid in the development of effective Air Force officers; 3) further the purpose, traditions, and concepts of the United States Air Force.

All student organizations must be open in membership unless otherwise permitted under applicable state or federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1681(a)(6)(A); 34 C.F.R. § 106.14(a) for reference) through specific University exemption.
