Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated
The Xi Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., was chartered in 1985 when a few like-minded women decided it was important to have a chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., on the campus of Texas A&M University. The organization was chartered in order to give African American women a voice on campus and to be a light to the community while continuing the legacy of being a Service to All Mankind.
