Bhakti Yoga Club Weekly Meetings
Description
The Bhakti Yoga Club hosts weekly meetings every Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on campus. Our activities include a hatha yoga session, which involves physical yoga, followed by guest speaker talks by world-renowned monks, life coaching, and motivational discussions covering various aspects of yoga, body, mind, and soul. Each session concludes with a vegan and/or vegetarian dinner from Govinda’s Vegetarian Cuisine, followed by social hour.
**The hatha yoga session will not be conducted in Rudder Tower, as per the guidelines.

Bhakti Yoga Club
The main purpose of our club is : 1) To present an ancient yoga process which caters to not just the body but also the mind, intellect and the soul. 2) To develop more complete individuals with inner strength, peace and happiness by educating and introducing our members to healthy living and high thinking process. Our activities include mantra yoga, kirtan yoga, and discussions on the science of self-discovery and spirituality. 3) To encourage healthy living through a vegetarian diet.
