Position Description:
The Vice President of Internal Programs shall be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of internal operations and programs for the International Student Association. The Vice President of Internal Programs’ primary responsibility is to support the organization’s internal structure, membership processes, and administrative functions to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of internal programs and initiatives
- Support administrative and logistical needs of the organization, including maintaining documents and tracking resources such as inventory
- Oversee recruitment, applications, and membership tracking for ISA
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ISA operations and history
- Review organizational documents and materials as needed
- Initiate election or interim appointment processes within two weeks if Executive Committee vacancies occur
- Collaborate with the President to ensure smooth internal operations and organizational continuity
- Execute duties assigned by the President and report directly to the President and ISA Advisor
Meeting Requirements:

Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of details
- Experience with planning events or coordinating programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities
- Attention to detail in tracking information and maintaining records
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with spreadsheets or tracking systems preferred
