The mission of the International Student Association at Texas A&M University is to: 

1. Promote cultural awareness and diversity on campus and in the community; 

2. Advocate for the general welfare of the international student body and represent their needs to the University; and 

3. Provide opportunities for the development of global leadership skills in its members. 

ISA strives to serve as an umbrella organization for all cultural organizations, facilitating networking among national clubs and encouraging groups to come together during International Week and other events to deliver cultural awareness programs and help celebrate the diverse cultures represented on campus.
