Position Description:
The Vice President of Outreach shall be responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the International Student Association, the broader student body, and campus and community partners. The Vice President of Outreach’s primary responsibility is to ensure clear communication, advocacy, and connection between ISA and the communities it serves.

Build and maintain relationships with university officials, student organizations, and on- and off-campus partners
Serve as ISA’s liaison to other international organizations and maintain regular communication with their leadership
Support the President in organizing and facilitating International Town Hall meetings
Maintain open communication with the international student body and identify student needs and concerns
Share student feedback with appropriate campus partners to support solutions and improvements
Stay connected with former ISA members and international alumni
Support outreach efforts that increase engagement and awareness of ISA across campus
Execute duties assigned by the President and report directly to the President and ISA Advisor

Meeting Requirements:

ISA Outreach Committee Meeting	Meeting to support outreach efforts and partnerships	Every other week or as needed (alternating with Advisor & Chair 1-on-1’s)
ISA Advisor & Chair 1-on-1’s	Meeting with ISA Advisor and President (Chair)	Every other week or as needed (alternating with Outreach Committee meetings)

Preferred Experience:

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups
Experience working with student organizations or campus partners
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to listen, gather feedback, and communicate needs effectively
Comfort with public speaking or representing an organization
Ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities
Willingness to learn and adapt
