Position Description:
The Vice President of Finance shall be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and budgeting processes of the International Student Association. The Vice President of Finance’s primary responsibility is to ensure accurate financial tracking, responsible use of funds, and support for ISA programs and initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and execute approved payments
• Monitor and report ISA’s financial status to the Executive Team and Advisor on a regular basis
• Develop and submit a proposed annual budget in collaboration with the Executive Team
• Support fundraising efforts and identify funding opportunities for ISA programs and activities
• Manage ISA financial systems, including the Box Office and SOFC Marketplace
• Assist officers and committees with financial planning and budget-related questions
• Ensure financial processes follow university and organizational policies
• Execute duties assigned by the President and report directly to the President and ISA Advisor
