Tours and Traditions
The purpose of the Tours and Traditions Subcommittee is to manage all Campus, MSC, and Bonfire Memorial tour requests for MSC Hospitality, as well as expose students and visitors to the traditions of Texas A&M University. Specifically, we play a large role in the Bonfire Memorial as we are the official tour guides, offering free tours of the memorial every home football game day and Bonfire Remembrance. T&T will also be responsible for organizing Silver Taps Gatherings every month for the Student Programs Office. This position acts as a liaison between MSC Hospitality and entities requesting tours. This position requires ample time management and organizational skills. 

Service
The Service Executive will be responsible for all regular service events, including the Senior Citizen game nights, Twin City Missions, etc., and coordinating volunteers for the miscellaneous campus events throughout the year. This executive will prepare the Hospitality teams for the Big Event. This executive will also be in charge of locating local philanthropies and coordinating members to participate. Also, they will be the liaison between MSC Hospitality and Camp For All, Habitat for Humanity, and Twin City Missions. This Executive is also encouraged to find additional service opportunities for the overall development of the organization and its members, such as team service projects for the organization to do together. This position requires skills involving Excel, email communication, and organization. 

Campus Outreach
The Campus Outreach Executive will be responsible for developing programs and events that will provide service opportunities to students on Texas A&M’s campus. This includes programs like Destress for Success, MSC Open House or any other new opportunity that allows students to learn about and participate in service. This position requires organization, long-term planning, and creative skills to facilitate developing new programs. 

Legacy and Development
Legacy & Development is the fundraising committee and the Executive will serve as the liaison to former students. L&D will raise money to fund our major programs and to provide more opportunities for our committee. This executive will work with their subcommittee to search for grants and other fundraising opportunities. This executive will be the main point of communication between Hospitality and former members, which includes attending end of week donor events and SPO tailgates on weekends, and sending out a Hospitality Newsletter at least once per semester. This position requires strong writing and interpersonal skills.  

Community Outreach
The Community Outreach Executive will, first and foremost, be responsible for our two major community outreach programs -- Halloween Party and Kindergarten Book Tour. The executive in this position may also develop ways for us to expand these two programs, or develop new programs that will provide a service or opportunity to members of the Bryan-College Station community. This position requires long-term planning and strong email communication and collaboration skills. 

Marketing
The Marketing and Communications Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining Hospitality’s brand within the Texas A&M campus and the larger Bryan-College Station community. Their responsibilities include planning and coordinating all recruitment efforts, maintaining the Hospitality social media accounts, and collaborating with other members of the Executive Team to develop an effective marketing campaign for their programs and events. This executive will also be responsible for developing a larger marketing campaign for Hospitality as a whole, in order to build a brand for the committee which we can share with the community and establish Hospitality’s name on campus. Essentially, this executive will help Hospitality tell our story! The Executive would be responsible for designing creative merchandise and promotional products. This position requires high ingenuity, vision, and accountability. 

Internal Relations 
The Internal Relations Executive is responsible for arranging social and developmental programs for the entire committee. More specifically, Internal Relations is responsible for planning and executing the fall and spring retreats, and end of year banquet. The IR Executive would act as a liaison to the Social Coordinators to ensure that subcommittee and committee wide socials are executed. This position requires organizational, long-term planning, and interpersonal skills. 

The above duties have been established as the areas of focus that will aid in the development and sustainability of MSC Hospitality. We encourage all Executive members to create new program ideas that support and promote the mission of MSC Hospitality and the Memorial Student Center.
