You will have the opportunity to join one of our six subcommittees!
AMP (Advertising, Marketing, and Promotions) Creates, designs, and distributes marketing materials for all MSC Town Hall events and merchandise. AMP takes video and photos at all events!
Coffeehouse Plans and operates our small-scale concert series on campus, which features student performers from A&M.
LECS (Large Scale Events) Plans, books, and operates MSC Town Hall's larger Fall and Spring concerts.
SPAM (Special PA Members) Oversees equipment setup and manages sound logistics and operations for the majority of our events.
SpEv (Special Events) Plans and operates mid scale events in our organization. SpEv events typically include festivals, comedy shows, and co-program concerts with other student organizations.
FUEL (Fundraising, Unity, Engagement, and Legacy) - The driving force that helps make every event possible! Focuses on fundraising through alumni outreach, grants, sponsorships, and creative partnerships, providing valuable experience in networking, finance management, and leadership.
The time commitment of our organization ranges from 1-5 hours per week, as well as one weekly meeting on Wednesdays at 7.
There will also be a yearly/semesterly member fee, which includes an official Town Hall t-shirt and polo.
We will be holding two informational events on Tuesday, January 20th and Thursday, January 22nd from 7 - 8 p.m. in Rudder 504 if you want to learn more! Check out our Instagram, @msctownhall, to stay up to date with recruitment!
The application will close on Friday, January 23rd, at 5pm. We will contact you via email if you are chosen for an interview, which will be conducted January 26th - January 30th.
