The PHGSA is a resource for career development opportunities, public health awareness, community service, and interconnection with students, public health staff, faculty, and professionals

The purpose of this organization shall be to serve as the voice of the graduate student body of the School of Public Health from all campuses, and its authority shall be exercised through this constitution. 

The goal of the PHGSA shall be to enhance the quality and scope of graduate education and to encourage student participation in the activities and programs of the School of Public Health, Texas A&M University, and Texas A&M Health

Intake: Open membership Ongoing intake (year-round)

Meet on-campus only monthly

All student organizations must be open in membership unless otherwise permitted under applicable state or federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1681(a)(6)(A); 34 C.F.R. § 106.14(a) for reference) through specific University exemption. Please contact SOLAD for more information related to open-membership exemption at Texas A&M University or consult the Student Organization Manual.
