Description

For the last half-century, marriage rates have been declining across the west, resulting in an ever-growing number of single people. This raises the question—what is Christian singleness? Is it the same as being unmarried, or being celibate? Why is singleness important? In this talk, we’ll walk through some of the ways Christians have viewed singleness in the past and the present, and build a coherent vision for how one can be joyfully celibate in the 21st century.

Whether a Christian or a skeptic, these meetings will promote good faith discussions. Navigating history, philosophy and science, these meetings showcase student research presentations, guest speakers, and sometimes coordinated organizational crossover events.
