Join us for an interactive session focused on the real reasons members disengage—and what you can do to prevent it. We’ll explore recruitment strategies that go beyond tabling, dive into how to intentionally build a healthy organizational culture, and cover the basics of inclusion and belonging that help members feel valued and motivated to stay. Free food treats for the first 50 student organization officers.
Student Organization Leadership & Development
Texas A&M has more than 1300 student organizations recognized by the Department of Student Activities. The Student Organization Leadership And Development (SOLAD) area not only oversees the recognition and risk management of student organizations and their activities, but they also provide valuable education, consultation, and partnerships that help organizations be successful.
