Are you interested in developing your student organization leadership skills? The Department of Student Activities is pleased to announce the inaugural Student Leader Summit, set for Saturday, February 28, 2026. The daylong program will bring together student leaders from across campus for reflection, networking and learning focused on leadership and organizational development. The summit will feature a keynote speaker, breakout sessions and roundtable discussions on topics such as communication, governance and pressing issues/trends affecting student organizations. Our ultimate goal is to create healthier spaces for belonging on campus for RSO leaders, members and the community at large. This summit is only available for 100 Chief Student Leaders, first come, first serve. Registration is now open and will close Friday, February 13th. Click here to register!
Student Organization Leadership & Development
Texas A&M has more than 1300 student organizations recognized by the Department of Student Activities. The Student Organization Leadership And Development (SOLAD) area not only oversees the recognition and risk management of student organizations and their activities, but they also provide valuable education, consultation, and partnerships that help organizations be successful.
