Section 1. To serve as a representative organization of women leaders at Texas A&M University at Galveston.

Section 2. To encourage and assist in leadership, educational, and social development among women leaders.

Section 3. To promote networking, professionalism, and establishing female leaders within their fields of study.

Section 4. To establish interconnectivity within the Galveston community through devoted time and selfless service.
