Vertical Flight Society

The Vertical Flight Society is a professional society with two core aspects of its mission:

  1. To spread enthusiasm and increase awareness about Vertical Flight through biweekly events such as guest lectures, company presentations, service projects, hands-on experience opportunities, and general chapter meetings.
  2. To house and support the national award-winning TAMU Vertical Flight Design Team (VFD) by handling all outreach and fundraising for the team.

Positions

We accept: Undergraduate Students, Professional Students, Graduate Students, Faculty/Staff

Intake: Sign-up/Registration Ongoing intake (year-round)

Meet on- and off-campus every other week

All student organizations must be open in membership unless otherwise permitted under applicable state or federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1681(a)(6)(A); 34 C.F.R. § 106.14(a) for reference) through specific University exemption.
