Plan and lead engaging events that build community. Collaborate with others, gather feedback, and create meaningful programs that reflect the Community Council’s mission and enhance the resident experience.
Chair of Service and Recognition
Celebrate those who make a difference! Recognize outstanding service in your community, plan appreciation events, and collaborate with NRHH to promote a culture of gratitude and recognition.
Chair of the Records
Keep the Community Council organized! Record meeting minutes, track attendance, manage documents, and maintain archives to ensure transparency and continuity. Help future leaders by keeping records clear, updated, and accessible.
Chair of Wellness
Promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being in your community. Organize wellness events, share resources, and foster a supportive environment that encourages self-care and healthy habits among residents.
Floor Representative / Building Representative
Be the voice of your floor or building! Share updates, gather feedback, and advocate for residents’ needs. Promote events, build community, and ensure everyone’s voice is heard in Community Council decisions and initiatives.
General Manager

President
Lead your Community Council! Set goals, guide officers, run meetings, and represent your community. Ensure smooth operations, uphold the constitution, and collaborate with advisors and RHA to build a strong residential community.
Vice President of Finance
Support the President and manage council finances. Oversee the budget, maintain financial records, present monthly reports, and ensure transparency. Attend meetings and help guide responsible spending for a thriving residential community.
