Texas A&M Street Medicine exists to connect our local unhoused population with basic health care and community resources, facilitating access to social and health services. This initiative, led by volunteer medical students with physician supervision, is committed to upholding the dignity of the unhoused community through ongoing relationships and personalized attention. It also serves as supplemental education for medical students on the unique needs of the unhoused population, making them competent future providers for vulnerable communities as a whole

We accept: Professional Students, Faculty/Staff

All student organizations must be open in membership unless otherwise permitted under applicable state or federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1681(a)(6)(A); 34 C.F.R. § 106.14(a) for reference) through specific University exemption.
