Our mission is to provide Texas A&M students with a welcoming space to learn about Zen Buddhist philosophy, meditation, and mindful living. Guided by the core values of Respect, Kindness, Harmony, and Truthfulness, we will offer weekly meditation sessions, beginner-friendly study groups, and discussions centered on wisdom, compassion, ethics, and well-being. Our purpose is to support students in reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and cultivating a positive, grounded approach to daily life while fostering personal growth, emotional steadiness, and meaningful community connections.

We accept: Undergraduate Students, Professional Students, Graduate Students, Blinn Team Students, Part-Time Students, Distance/Remote Students, Faculty/Staff, Non-TAMU Individuals

Intake: Open membership Ongoing intake (year-round)

Meet on-campus only weekly

Upcoming Events
