Small choices can have bigger consequences than we realize.

This week we'll explore the Buddhist principle of cause and effect, often called karma, in a practical and approachable way. Rather than thinking about karma as punishment or reward, we'll look at how our choices, words, actions, and habits can influence ourselves and the people around us.

What we do today helps shape what comes next.
